What currency are your prices

All prices shown are NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and payment can be made using paypal. You don't need to have a paypal account, you can use your credit card on paypal as a guest. Alternatively, if you live in New Zealand you can email you order to me (see the fine print link on the checkout page) and I will send you my bank account details for a direct deposit.

Are your earrings nickel free?

Yes.  They are made of brass which is a non ferrous metal that does not contain nickel or lead. We have never had a complaint due to sensitivity, however if you are not satisfied we are happy to except your purchase back for a full refund. Alternatively, for an additional charge we can use sterling silver hooks on our teardrop earrings and can oxide/darken them so that they will still match the earrings.


Do you do custom orders?

Yes! Of course. We love making something unique and specific just for you. Whether is be designing some wedding or bridesmaid jewellery to suit your theme or you just want a glass dome ring in a color or pattern you've seen elsewhere on the site, just get in touch and we will make it happen!

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?


We want our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase and we want to get it right. let's get in touch and discuss what problem is and see if we can sort out a solution, whether it be fit, or color, or whatever. We will also provide a full refund(minus shiping costs unless the product is faulty)if that is what you want.

How long will it take for me to recieve my order?
Some of our pieces are in stock and ready to ship immediately and most orders are processed between 24 - 48 hours and sent the first business day.
We ship with both Aramex (formerly fastways) and NZ Courier.

For orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, your order will be processed the following business day.

How much is postage?
New Zealand wide shipping in free.

World wide shipping is calculated at checkout and varies from $7 to Australia, $10 to the rest of the world...

Whats the best way to look after my Jaded Seas jewellery?​
that's really up to each individual piece - as I do have so many different styles. Each piece comes with a cotton carry bag which is useful for storage. If you take your jewellery off midday it is best to not just huck it into your purse to tangle and scratch around with your keys and lipstick.

Additionally storing in sealed plastic bag if not worn frequently can help with any tarnishing - as it's actually a chemical reaction that occurs from exposure to the air. Store away from water/moisture. Avoid wearing your items when swimming, showering or exercising.
Gold plating is unfortunately something that does not last forever - and will wear off eventually. This is something that may vary from piece to piece and depends on the amount of wear.
Since alot of my pieces are somewhat assemblages from sources components and stones I do not have a way to determine the exact quality / amount of gold plating on any given piece... Keep in mind that the my jewell

I’ve changed my mind, can I return my items?
At Jaded Seas Jewellery we go the extra mile to ensure you are happy with your pieces. We want you to be 100% happy and we know that it can be tricky and intimidating to purchase jewellery online.
You can request a refund for new and unworn jewellery within 7 days of receipt. Return postage if at your expense.
